As a retailer, you can register online at zoen.shop under “get started” (link). For legal reasons, we need a few documents from you, which we check for correctness in a KYC process. Once the approval has been completed, you can use zoen.shop to the full extent.

Not at all. You only need to download an app, create a profile and then you can start using zoen.shop

No! You don’t need to have an online shop or any other online sales channel in order to use our video call shopping platform. zoen.shop can be connected to an existing online shop, but it also runs independently as a digital sales channel.

No! Your products can only be presented by yourself during an active video call with the customers. All information and details about the products, final price, delivery, etc is discussed privately only between you and your customers during the video call.

Your customers don’t need to install any application or download any special software. They just click on your link and they will be directly connected to you. All works through the browser of their computer, mobile phone, tablet, or other smart device. And zoen.shop is completely free of charge for your customers!

The online registration of your customers is not mandatory, as they can also use the service as “GUESTS”. But there is a possibility for them to register and create an account that offers several advantages. For example an option to save the delivery address, access the history of previous purchases and the possibility to pay directly using the one-click payment.

We offer the worldwide possibility of debit and credit card payments with Visa or Mastercard. It is also possible to pay via Google Pay, Apple Pay, SEPA or Instant Banking.

Very easily! You advertise it on your website. It can be similar to an “online chat” window, a button, a script, or a text link on which your customers can click. This application also works for your email campaigns or social media posts. And of course, we are always happy to help you with the integration!

You get paid via direct bank transfer. We will transfer your payment (weekly or daily depending on the cooperation) straight to your account. You can find more detailed information on the zoen.shop fees under Pricing or in our General Terms and Conditions.
